Produced by Ten Fields Factory, the brand is available exclusively within Osaka Prefecture, offering international visitors a rare opportunity to engage with the city’s local fermentation culture.

The collaboration highlights the work of Ten Fields Factory, a producer focused on the value of fermentation and the support of sustainable local societies. By restricting distribution to the prefecture, the brewery emphasizes a “sense of place” that matches the hotel’s commitment to authentic local experiences. The setting, located along the Midosuji thoroughfare, provides a sky-high vantage point for guests to explore these regional flavors between 11:30 and 22:30 daily.
