Situated in the Nipponbashi Otaroad area—a district recognized as a primary center for Japanese subculture—the property is designed to cater to the increasing volume of international groups and families seeking communal living spaces in the heart of Osaka.

The hotel comprises 48 rooms, each exceeding 40 square meters. To maximize utility for larger parties, the design incorporates bunk beds and three-dimensional spatial planning, allowing a single room to accommodate up to eight guests. This configuration enables families and groups to stay together in a shared environment while remaining steps away from the vibrant local atmosphere of Nipponbashi.

The interior design follows the concept of wakon yosai (Japanese spirit with Western learning), paired with the Osaka-specific sensibility of sui, or sophistication.
