HOSHINOYA Bali has announced the launch of “Renewed Life in the Sacred Valley,” a wellness program designed to foster long-term physical and mental recovery through the lens of Balinese culture. Starting in June 2026, the experience moves beyond conventional relaxation, utilizing intellectual curiosity and sensory engagement as catalysts for health within the lush environment of Ubud.

The program is built on the concept of “eustress”—positive psychological stimulation that research suggests can improve memory retention and longevity. Guests are invited to participate in traditional activities designed to engage the five senses, such as lessons on the Rindik (a traditional bamboo instrument), the art of batik making, and the crafting of Canang offerings. These cultural practices provide the mental stimulation necessary to refresh the mind while grounding the guest in the heritage of the region.
