From June 1 to September 30, 2026, Kobe Portopia Hotel will host its seasonal “Sky Dinner Buffet & Beer” at the Sky Grill Buffet GOCOCU. Located on the 30th floor, the venue sits 100 meters above the ground, providing a climate-controlled environment for evening dining with views of the city skyline. The event is positioned as a comfortable alternative to traditional outdoor beer gardens during the height of the summer season.

The buffet menu comprises approximately 60 different dishes, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. A central feature of the culinary offering is the roast beef, which is prepared in a specialized kiln to maintain its moisture and flavor. To accompany the meal, the hotel provides a free-flow drink menu featuring over 30 selections. This includes four varieties of craft beer, an assortment of cocktails and mocktails, and local sake (rice wine) sourced from the Hyogo region.
