From July 18 to August 31, 2026, Laguna Garden Hotel will transform its outdoor pool area at Safi Spa Okinawa into a dedicated evening retreat. The initiative extends the pool’s operating hours until 21:00, allowing guests to experience the water in a quiet, illuminated setting. The poolside environment has been updated with double-sized daybeds and lantern lighting to complement the coastal night atmosphere.

Enchanting Night Pool Experience with Blue Illuminations

During the night pool sessions, which run from 19:00 to 21:00, the water is lit with blue illuminations, creating a distinct visual contrast to the bright daylight hours. To maintain a calm environment for adult guests, access to the pool after 19:30 is limited to those of junior high school age and older. This age restriction ensures a tranquil space for evening relaxation under the Okinawan sky.

A poolside bar, identifiable by a neon “LAGUNA” sign, serves a curated menu of ten items divided into Okinawan favorites, finger foods, and Chinese cuisine. The Chinese offerings are supervised by Kochuten, the hotel’s top-floor restaurant, and include Sichuan-style Mapo Tofu Bowls. Other highlights include the Double Agu Cutlet Curry, featuring local Okinawan pork, and potama sandwiches—a local specialty of pork and egg—served with fried taro.
