These treats are designed to be enjoyed in a moody atmosphere filled with live music and DJ sets, offering a chemistry when paired with the bar’s signature cocktails and champagne.
Golden Riviera: A Tropical Delight
The Golden Riviera is a tropical creation that captures the essence of the summer sun. It features layers of mango mousse, refreshing lemon thyme jelly, and fresh mango and orange. Topped with an acai berry yogurt sorbet, the dessert is finished with a honeycomb-shaped tuile, candied orange, and edible flowers for a resort-like experience.
Blush Lagoon: Elegant Fruit Layers
The Blush Lagoon highlights the sweetness of fresh melon and peach. This cooling summer parfait layers peach compote and coconut jelly with a refreshing coconut sorbet. Textures are provided by matcha-flavored tapioca and crispy feuilletine, all crowned with delicate white chocolate lace and edible flowers.
