Summer Peach and Mango Afternoon Tea at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier has announced a seasonal afternoon tea service featuring white peach and mango, available from July 8 to September 9, 2026. Hosted at RISTORANTE E’VOLTA –il cielo– on the 16th floor, the offering combines fruit-centric sweets and savories with views of the Tokyo skyline.

A Menu of Fresh White Peach and Mango

The menu highlights the contrast between fresh white peach and rich mango. Savory selections include a US beef steak sandwich, buffalo mozzarella gazpacho, and a quiche prepared with prosciutto and peach. The sweets collection features mango tarts, a peach Earl Grey marinade, and mango roll cakes, accompanied by freshly baked scones. Guests can choose from a free-flow selection of teas and coffees in the restaurant’s airy, high-ceilinged environment. The service is limited to 20 guests per day, and advance reservations are required.

Japanese-Influenced Cocktails at Cocktail KARIN

Complementing the daytime tea service, Cocktail KARIN introduces three seasonal drinks that blend Japanese and Western influences. The “Matcha Japanese Mojito” features premium matcha and lime, while the “Yamazaki Umeshu Yuzu Martini” utilizes plum wine aged in whisky barrels. A non-alcoholic option is also available, crafted with Japanese craft gin and elderflower for a botanical experience. These drinks are served from 17:00 until late evening on the same 16th-floor level.

Panoramic Views from the 16th Floor

Located on the 16th floor, the hotel is the only tower property in the Ginza area where all guest rooms and public spaces are situated on high floors. This elevation provides guests with a clear perspective of Tokyo Tower and the scenic bay area. Whether during the afternoon tea or for evening cocktails, the venue offers a modern setting with floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize the urban landscape.
