Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach Marks Anniversary with Summer Program

Situated on the southern tip of Okinawa Main Island, Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach has announced its fourth-anniversary summer program. The resort, which features 443 rooms and a sprawling 10,000-square-meter pool area, will host a series of events ranging from traditional fire dancing to exclusive culinary collaborations with Dom Pérignon. The program is designed to showcase the natural beauty of the 1.8-kilometer Nashiro Beach while offering guests a sophisticated summer retreat.

Beachside Performances and Fireworks

From August 10 to 15, 2026, the resort will host “The Beach Live” on the white sands of Nashiro Beach. The event features twice-daily performances at 15:00 and 17:00, including hula and fire dancing. On August 11, the sky above the beach will be illuminated by “THE HANABI DAY,” a three-minute fireworks display scheduled for 21:00, providing a festive backdrop to the resort’s coastal architecture.

Vintage Champagne and Fine Dining

Luxury takes center stage with a series of Dom Pérignon experiences. Guests staying in suite rooms between July 23 and August 15 can enjoy two glasses of Dom Pérignon at the Oasis VIP pool bar. For those seeking a dedicated culinary experience, the resort’s fine dining venue, MILANO, and the Japanese fusion restaurant, Kanazawa, will offer special dinner courses on July 19 and 20, respectively. Priced at ¥27,500 per person, these menus include free-flow Dom Pérignon.

The resort integrates local traditions into its dining offerings through the “Eisa Night Buffet” from August 11 to 13. Held in the Grand Ballroom, the dinner features live performances of sanshin (a traditional three-stringed lute) and eisa (folk dance). The buffet, priced at ¥9,800 for adults, serves a variety of regional and international dishes. Additional seasonal highlights include anniversary lunch buffets with champagne free-flow and poolside refreshments such as hot dogs made with local “Kibimaru” pork and colorful “Honolulu Rainbow” shaved ice.
