The Westin Yokohama, a lifestyle hotel with a focus on well-being, has announced the “Celebration PACIFIC TABLE Buffet” to commemorate the first anniversary of its third-floor restaurant. From July 1 to August 31, 2026, the Pacific Table restaurant will offer a curated selection of international and local dishes, emphasizing a premium dining experience for both international travelers and local guests.

Signature Dishes and Fresh Regional Seafood
The anniversary menu highlights several of the restaurant’s signature items, including roasted domestic beef loin served with local Miura radish and ponzu. The event also sees the return of the Westin Yokohama original dandan noodles. Seafood selections include nigiri sushi and customizable kaisendon (seafood bowls) featuring fresh catches sourced directly from Misaki Port. A regional variation of paella, prepared as “Fideo Paella” with thin pasta, showcases the flavors of the local coastal waters.





Seasonal Sweets and Exclusive Anniversary Prizes
The dessert selection includes the “Ocean Blue” rare cheesecake, pearl shell macarons, and customizable shaved ice with a choice of tropical or matcha toppings. To mark the milestone, the hotel is hosting a social media campaign where diners can enter to win prizes. Rewards include a two-night stay in the Presidential Suite or a Deluxe Room, as well as credits for the Heavenly Spa by Westin™.
