Harvest Flavors of Autumn

The menu highlights seasonal produce through a variety of textures and preparations. Featured sweets include a grape mousse shaped to resemble autumn fruit and a Mont Blanc layered with chestnut mousse, designed to provide a deep flavor profile. These items are presented alongside other seasonal confections that emphasize the rich aroma of chestnuts and the sweetness of late-summer grapes.

Seasonal Savories and Choice Desserts

The savory selection departs from traditional tea sandwiches by incorporating autumn ingredients into more complex bites. Guests will find chestnut glacé paired with mushroom duxelles in scones, as well as open sandwiches featuring pear and smoked duck ham. In addition to the tiered stand, the plan allows guests to select one primary dessert from a choice of six options. These include a grape shortcake featuring Shine Muscat, a chestnut and pear tart finished with chocolate ganache, and a chestnut pavlova inspired by the classic Mont Blanc.

Elevated Tea Service at THE 7th TERRACE

The afternoon tea is served in the bright, open-plan interior of THE 7th TERRACE or on its outdoor terrace area. The experience includes a “tea free” service featuring eight varieties from the TWG Tea collection. The selection includes classic black teas, caffeine-free options, and original blends, allowing for a curated pairing with the seasonal menu. The service is limited to 120 minutes, providing a structured window to observe the changing autumn sky from the hotel’s vantage point in the heart of Nagoya.
