Beginning September 1, 2026, the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel will host its Autumn Fruit Fair, a month-long celebration of seasonal harvests. Centered at the hotel’s Toastina cafe and Galleria Café, the event highlights regional ingredients including Kyoho grapes, Japanese and Western pears, and earthy mushrooms, presented through a series of limited-edition desserts, bakery items, and dining experiences.

Autumn Sweets and Bakery at Toastina

The hotel’s Cafe Toastina will introduce three monthly sweets that emphasize the contrast of textures and fruit profiles. The Kyoho Verrine (1,000 yen) layers champagne mousse with a rich grape sauce and fresh Kyoho grapes, offering a balanced clarity. The Pommier (1,000 yen) is a structured apple tatin cake featuring caramelized apples and a light mousse, while the Mousse aux Poires (1,000 yen) combines the distinct flavors of Western and Japanese pears atop a crisp biscuit base.

The fair also extends to the bakery with two seasonal offerings. The Autumn Rustic (800 yen) is a savory bread topped with a medley of mushrooms and pumpkin, reflecting the woodland flavors of the season. For a sweeter option, the Poire Danish (600 yen) features flaky pastry paired with seasonal pear.
