From June 1 to August 31, 2026, the hotel’s first-floor dining room, Precious ONO HAKATA, will host the “Adult Beer Hall THE × New China,” offering an indoor retreat from the summer heat combined with a focus on regional Kyushu spirits and Chinese gastronomy.

To celebrate 15 years in the Hakata district, the hotel is providing a refined alternative to outdoor summer dining. The event features three tiered dining plans—Standard, High-End, and Luxury—delivered via an order-style buffet. Depending on the selected plan, guests can access between 20 and 30 different dishes. The menu balances classic Sichuan flavors, such as Mapo Tofu, with local Hakata specialties like bite-sized gyoza. Premium options within the higher-tier plans include Wagyu beef grilled with garlic oyster sauce, abalone served in butter cream, and hamo (pike conger) prepared with scorched green onion soy sauce.
A Liquid Tour of Kyushu: 15 Anniversary Spirits
Central to the anniversary celebration is a beverage program featuring 15 distinct liquors, each representing a different prefecture across Kyushu and Okinawa. The selection includes Fukuoka sake, Miyazaki lychee liqueur, Kumamoto citrus spirits, and Okinawan Awamori. A self-service station allows guests to experiment with custom cocktail combinations, while the free-flow bar service lasts up to 2.5 hours depending on the selected dining plan.
