Core Global Management has launched Regionia by Quintessa Sapporo Ekimae, a rebranded property located a three-minute walk from Sapporo Station. As the debut location for the new Regionia brand, the hotel focuses on connecting guests with local culture through specialized food and hospitality services, providing a base for exploring Hokkaido.

Live Kitchen Breakfast: From Fresh Sushi to Genghis Khan
The hotel’s standout feature is its extensive breakfast buffet, offering approximately 70 different items. The experience is centered around three live kitchens where chefs prepare fresh dishes to order. Highlights include 13 varieties of sushi, allowing guests to sample a range of regional seafood.

The culinary selection continues with teppanyaki-style grilled meats, such as Hokkaido’s signature Genghis Khan—a dish of grilled mutton—and Tokachi-style pork. A customizable ramen station is also available, featuring three types of broth and ten different toppings, allowing for a tailored bowl of one of Japan’s most famous comfort foods.

Local Hospitality and Modern Accommodations
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed in a modern lobby with a selection of local Hokkaido sweets, cookies, and beverages. This service provides an immediate introduction to the region’s culinary hospitality before guests retire to their rooms.

The property features 175 guest rooms across eight different types, ranging from standard doubles to premium triples. Designed for both solo travelers and groups, the rooms offer a functional and sophisticated environment to rest after exploring the city.
