Located on the 24th floor of The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome, All Day Dining Harmony has announced its Summer Skyscraper Dinner. Available from June 1 to August 31, 2026, the seven-course menu is designed to highlight seasonal ingredients through a series of seafood and meat preparations, served in a space that overlooks the city’s evening landscape.

A Seasonal Focus on Coastal Flavors
The meal begins with a selection of appetizers that emphasize freshness and varied textures. Diners are served citrus-marinated shrimp topped with caviar, followed by a Hokkaido octopus salad accompanied by a gazpacho-style sauce. The seafood progression continues with sautéed lobster paired with orange-butter endives, intended to provide a bright, acidic profile suitable for the summer season.

Premium Wagyu and Customizable Desserts
The core of the menu features a fish course of sea bream and abalone, served with bitter melon tempura and two distinct sauces. This is followed by a meat course that presents a trio of selections: TOKYO X pork, Miyazaki beef sirloin, and domestic beef fillet. To conclude the evening, guests may choose one of four desserts, including mango crème brûlée, a mango tart, white peach cassata, or a blueberry pound cake.

Elevated Dining in the Shiodome District
The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome is situated in the Shiodome district, offering proximity to Shimbashi Station. The restaurant, Harmony, features an open kitchen where chefs prepare courses in view of the guests. The interior follows a “New York Ambience” design concept, providing a backdrop of the Tokyo night skyline. This limited-time dinner is priced at 16,000 JPY per person, a rate that includes both tax and service charges.
