From mid-June through August, the property will host a French-inspired afternoon tea and an Italian coastal lunch buffet, both centered on the theme of a seasonal picnic. French-Inspired Summer Picnic Afternoon Tea

From June 18 to August 18, 2026, The Lobby Lounge hosts the “Color Palette Summer Picnic” afternoon tea. Executive Pastry Chef Frédéric Moreau utilizes his French heritage to design a menu that emphasizes traditional techniques and seasonal fruits. The selection includes a tropical mango tart with vanilla shortbread and a melon savarin that is infused with Grand Marnier for 24 hours. The savory offerings provide a contrast with items such as a sun-dried tomato and olive scone, served with a bechamel sauce made from Beaufort cheese.

Italian Seaside Picnic Lunch Buffet

Beginning June 24, 2026, the Italian restaurant Splendido introduces the “Italian Seaside Picnic” weekday lunch buffet. Chef Aoshima, who trained across various regions of Italy, has developed a menu intended to evoke the atmosphere of the Italian coast. Signature dishes include roasted lamb with herb gravy, sea bass accompanied by oven-baked vegetables, and a lemon risotto with scallops. The buffet also features a dessert station with peach and mango treats, alongside a ruby chocolate fountain.
