From July 1 to September 30, 2026, The St. Regis Osaka transforms its first-floor dining venue, Brasserie RÉGINE, into a Mediterranean-inspired retreat. The seasonal program centers on the tradition of the apéro, offering guests a relaxed transition from afternoon to evening with a focus on fresh seafood, summer vegetables, and premium wines.

Mediterranean Appetizer Marche

The Appetizer Marche presents a vibrant display of regional flavors, featuring dishes such as Octopus Galician Style, Marinated Mussels, and Ratatouille. The selection is complemented by a Tortilla served with Romesco Sauce and a refined assortment of cheeses. For those seeking charcuterie, the marche includes French chorizo and saucisson sec, while an optional Pate en Croute is available for an additional ¥2,000. These small plates are designed to be paired with the brasserie’s extensive wine list, reflecting the culinary diversity of the Mediterranean coast.

Sunset Apéro on the Terrace

As the sun begins to set over the tree-lined Midosuji avenue, the hotel offers a dedicated Sunset Apéro experience on its outdoor terrace. Available daily between 17:00 and 19:00, this seasonal offering features special pricing on a selection of premium beverages. Guests can enjoy glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut for ¥1,000, or opt for Chateau La Coste Rosé and Secret des Rochers White for ¥800 per glass, providing a sophisticated setting to enjoy the golden hour in the heart of the city.

For a more comprehensive evening, the hotel has introduced a 90-minute free-flow plan. Priced at ¥8,000 per person, the package includes a curated platter of five items selected from the Appetizer Marche. The beverage selection covers red and white wines, Gin & Tonics, Spritzers, and whiskey. For guests looking to elevate the experience, an upgraded option is available for an additional ¥5,000, providing continuous pours of Veuve Clicquot Champagne throughout the service.
