The sweets menu is defined by 100% homemade creations that highlight the texture and sweetness of seasonal peaches. A central feature is the Peach Meringue Chantilly, which pairs a pearl-like peach compote with mascarpone cream and crisp meringue. The selection also includes peach macarons, mousse, panna cotta, and specialized peach tarts and pies. Guests are also served a Peach Melba Parfait, constructed with layers of raspberry sauce, sparkling jelly, and strawberry foam, topped with vanilla ice cream and fresh peach chunks.
