The Westin Tokyo Unveils Summer Churrasco and Wine Buffet

International Restaurant ‘The Terrace’ at The Westin Tokyo has announced its summer edition of the ‘Innovation Buffet,’ themed as a vibrant ‘Summer Festival.’ Running throughout July and August 2026, the menu highlights Brazilian-style churrasco alongside a curated selection of wines and traditional Yoshoku (Japanese-style Western) dishes. The experience is designed to offer a festive culinary atmosphere within the hotel’s garden-facing dining room in the Ebisu district.

Churrasco and Wine Pairings

The centerpiece of the summer buffet is the authentic Brazilian churrasco, featuring meats carved tableside by the hotel’s chefs. Guests can enjoy succulent cuts such as roasted Yamayuri Pork during lunch service or classic roast beef during dinner. To complement the grilled meats, a dedicated wine buffet is available as a free-flow option for an additional ¥4,000, offering a selection of 10 varieties including sparkling, white, and red wines.

Nostalgic Yoshoku and International Flavors

The buffet also pays homage to Yoshoku, the nostalgic Japanese interpretation of Western cuisine. Featured dishes include Neapolitan pasta prepared with a signature Westin sauce, chicken omurice (omelet over rice) made with cage-free eggs, and chicken katsu served with lemon butter. Beyond these regional favorites, the spread incorporates international staples such as fresh sushi, dandan noodles, and pizzas baked in the restaurant’s dedicated oven. The meal concludes with a variety of seasonal desserts crafted by the hotel’s pastry team.

Summer Vacation Kids Station

Recognizing the summer holiday season, the restaurant will introduce a dedicated Kids Station from July 18 to August 31. This family-oriented corner features items popular with younger guests, including yakisoba (fried noodles) and a chocolate fountain accompanied by fresh fruits and marshmallows. A candy gift corner adds a final festive touch for families visiting during the school break.
