Starting July 1, 2026, Hotel New Akao will open its signature Ocean Pool, a seasonal facility that partitions a section of the Sagami-nada Sea for swimming. Located at the foot of the dramatic Nishikigaura cliffs, the pool offers a unique swimming experience where guests can feel at one with the ocean in a dynamic, natural setting. The facility is situated immediately adjacent to the Ocean Wing building, providing direct access to the sea.

New for the 2026 summer season is the Underwater Scooter Snorkeling Experience Tour.
