The centerpiece of the dining experience is a deluxe barbecue plate centered on Japanese Black Wagyu loin and lobster. The menu also highlights regional produce, such as the “Hajime” coarse-ground sausage from Chiba Prefecture, which undergoes an ice-temperature aging process to enhance its flavor profile. The meal is structured as a full course, beginning with a spicy Thai-style vermicelli salad and chilled vichyssoise, followed by a variety of grilled vegetables and seafood.
