From September 1 to December 7, 2026, Tokyo Dome Hotel presents a seasonal afternoon tea focused on the harvest of Shine Muscat grapes and melon. Served at the Sky Lounge & Dining Artist Cafe, located 150 meters above ground, the menu is designed to offer a transition from the lingering summer warmth into the autumn season. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the city while sampling a collection of sweets and savories that highlight the natural fragrance and high sugar content of these premium fruits.

Seasonal Sweets on the 43rd Floor
The centerpiece of the experience is a three-tier stand featuring a variety of textures and preparations. The top tier includes a Shine Muscat and melon parfait, while the middle tier offers a classic melon shortcake and a Muscat verrine. These selections emphasize the juicy, floral notes of the fruits. The bottom tier provides a balance with mango and tea-flavored scones, accompanied by various condiments. The tea service operates on a two-hour system, allowing guests ample time to enjoy the sweets alongside a free-flow selection of approximately 10 beverages, including herb teas, coffee, and vinegar-based drinks.

Savory Plates and Signature Beverages
The savory portion of the menu introduces sophisticated Italian and Spanish influences. Highlights include a chilled melon and cucumber soup served with prosciutto and creamy stracciatella cheese, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the sweets. Other dishes include a Spanish tortilla topped with aioli, Italian-style fritti, and a savory tartlet. To complement the food, the hotel has introduced the “Shine Melonade,” a non-alcoholic sparkling cocktail that blends the aroma of Shine Muscat with the sweetness of melon and a touch of cassis for color.

Dining Above the Clouds
Artist Cafe is situated on the hotel’s highest floor, specializing in Italian cuisine with a backdrop of the Tokyo skyline. The venue features a standing bar at the entrance, suitable for brief meetings or post-meal drinks. Located within the larger Tokyo Dome City complex, the hotel serves as a central point for both leisure and business travelers. The afternoon tea provides a quiet vantage point to observe the city from 150 meters up, away from the bustle of the entertainment district below.
