Asakusa View Hotel: Summer Dining and Pool Access with Skytree Views

In the heart of Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s most storied districts, the Asakusa View Hotel has launched a series of summer-specific offers designed for international travelers and families. These limited-time plans, available from July 1 to August 31, 2026, pair the hotel’s panoramic vistas of the Tokyo Skytree® with seasonal amenities, including access to a glass-roofed indoor pool and specialized dining menus.

Sky-High Dining and Indoor Pool Access

The 26th-floor Sky Grill Buffet Musashi serves as the hotel’s culinary centerpiece, offering approximately 100 varieties of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. During the summer months, the menu features stamina-boosting seasonal dishes and Asian-inspired specialties, many prepared in a custom Musashi kiln. The restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide a direct line of sight to the Tokyo Skytree, creating a distinctive backdrop for both dinner and breakfast service.

Complementing the dining experience is exclusive access to the 5th-floor indoor pool. While typically reserved for specific guest categories, the pool is open to children throughout July and August, a rare feature in the densely built Asakusa area. The facility allows guests to swim or relax under a glass roof, offering a view of the summer sky regardless of the weather.

Family-Friendly Offers with Savings for Children

To accommodate families traveling during the summer break, the hotel has introduced a special plan where children of elementary school age can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult. The recently renewed breakfast buffet, which includes 90 different items such as signature grilled dishes and specialty croissants from the hotel’s Sweets & Bakery Honoka, is offered to children at a reduced rate of 1,300 JPY.

The hotel’s location serves as a gateway to the cultural heritage of Asakusa. Guests are invited to attend complimentary traditional performances at the nearby Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku. The rotating schedule includes Asakusa Geisha dances, Wadaiko drum performances, and silent film narration by a katsuben (traditional film narrator) performer.
