Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort Introduces Surf & Turf Sharing Menu

A Communal Feast of Land and Sea

The Grill, located within the Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort, has introduced a Surf & Turf Share Plate designed for groups of three to four guests. This seasonal offering emphasizes high-quality ingredients sourced from both land and sea, presented in a style that encourages shared dining among families and travelers.

The platter includes Japanese beef rib steak, Japanese beef fillet, and bone-in Agu pork loin—a celebrated local breed known for its rich flavor. These premium meats are paired with spiny lobster and a selection of grilled vegetables, all prepared with the precision of a professional grill house.

The Volcano Gateau Chocolate

To conclude the meal, the resort has also launched the Volcano Gateau Chocolate. Standing approximately 25cm tall, this three-dimensional dessert is inspired by volcanic forms and serves as a visual centerpiece for celebratory occasions. Like the main course, it is proportioned for three to four people, making it suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, or group travel milestones.

The resort itself is situated on a white sand beach certified “AA” by the Ministry of the Environment, providing a coastal backdrop for the dining experience in Okinawa’s Onna Village. These sharing menus are available through the end of 2026, aimed at creating lasting memories through shared flavors in the heart of the island’s resort district.
