Guests begin their journey at Nuji, the resort’s French restaurant, which is surrounded by water features and offers panoramic views of the coastline. The menu emphasizes seasonal ingredients prepared with classical techniques.
The culinary rotation also includes a dedicated counter for Edomae sushi—a traditional Tokyo-style preparation—where chefs serve fresh seafood sourced from across the Japanese archipelago. For the third evening, the Teppanyaki station provides a more theatrical setting, where chefs grill Wagyu fillet and local Okinawan vegetables directly in front of guests. Each of the three restaurants is managed by its own head chef to maintain the specific identity and standard of the respective cuisines.
Private Suite Villas with Japan’s Largest Private Pools
Set within a 20,000-tsubo (approximately 66,000 square meters) site, the property maintains a low density with only 14 private villas. This layout is designed to ensure privacy and a quiet atmosphere for every guest. Each villa is an ocean-view suite that includes a private pool, noted as being among the largest of its kind in Japan.
Guests can choose between the 162-square-meter Executive Suite and the 181-square-meter Oriental Suite. Both configurations feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light and views of the “Onna Blue” waters to fill the living spaces. For those staying two nights or more, the resort provides a round-trip luxury car transfer service between Naha Airport and the hotel, facilitating a seamless transition to the hillside retreat.
