Hyatt Regency Yokohama has announced a seasonal culinary program at The Union Bar & Lounge, centered on the vibrant flavors of peak summer. From July through August 2026, the venue will host a Summer Fruit Afternoon Tea followed by a dedicated Mojito Fair, offering guests a structured tasting of seasonal produce and chilled cocktails in an airy, light-filled setting.

A Symphony of Ten Summer Fruits
The afternoon tea menu highlights ten distinct seasonal fruits, including white peach, mango, watermelon, and passion fruit. The experience commences with a “Peach Tropicana” welcome drink, a blend of white peach herb tea and fresh pineapple. Among the featured sweets are a White Peach and Verbena Jelly and a Watermelon Tart paired with roasted banana. A signature element of the service is the Mango Shaved Ice, which is prepared tableside and finished with rich condensed milk and mango sauce.



Savory Delights and Seasonal Scones
The savory portion of the menu is designed to balance the sweetness of the fruit with salt and acidity. Highlights include a Teriyaki Mini Burger made with Waton Mochibuta pork and pineapple, and a chilled Gazpacho that blends amberjack and scallops with white peach. Guests are also served homemade fig scones accompanied by clotted cream. The service takes place in the lounge’s open atmosphere, where large windows provide ample natural light.


Refreshing Summer Mojito Collection
Complementing the tea service, the Summer Mojito Fair 2026 presents four fruit-based cocktails. The selection includes a Lychee Mojito and a Peach Mojito, alongside non-alcoholic “Virgin” versions. These mocktails feature watermelon and dragon fruit enhanced with orchid syrup, providing a sophisticated cooling option for the summer months.
