The buffet spread features ten varieties of tapas and cold hors d’oeuvres, including a Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho and a Seafood Yellow Ceviche. For a more substantial option, the restaurant serves a spiced soup curry prepared with sun-ripened summer vegetables.

The restaurant employs a hybrid service style where guests select one primary dish to be served at their table, while the remainder of the meal is enjoyed from the buffet.
