Hawaiian Festival Lunch Buffet with Live Hula

From July 3 to September 27, 2026, the hotel hosts a Hawaiian Festival Lunch Buffet on select dates. The menu includes 23 items, ranging from traditional staples like Ahi Poke, Lomi Lomi Salmon, and Garlic Shrimp to Mahi Mahi Herb Cutlet and Hawaiian Rainbow Shaved Ice. On specific dates, local dancers perform live hula, intended to bring a tropical atmosphere to the Soseigawa East area, where the hotel is located.

A Savory Afternoon Tea Inspired by Sapporo’s Beer Heritage

The Hokkaido Summer Afternoon Tea, running from July 1 to August 30, 2026, departs from traditional sweet-heavy menus to prioritize savory dishes. The hotel occupies the historic site of Japan’s first brewery, a legacy reflected in the choice of a welcome drink: guests may select between Sapporo Beer or sparkling wine. The savory selection is designed specifically for beer pairing and includes Hanasaki crab and asparagus quiche, Galician-style octopus, and an Ezo deer burger.

Hokkaido Flavors and the Iconic Shime Parfait

The afternoon tea experience concludes with a shime parfait (closing parfait). This custom is a staple of Sapporo’s evening culture, here adapted for an afternoon setting using seasonal Hokkaido melon and milk espuma. The experience is further complemented by a premium tea selection featuring blends from TWG and Lupicia, reflecting the hotel’s position in an area where pioneer history meets modern hospitality.
