Hyatt Centric Kanazawa’s all-day dining venue, FIVE – Grill & Lounge, introduces a summer afternoon tea centered on fragrant peaches and large blueberries from Noto. Running from July 1 to August 31, 2026, the menu highlights the natural sweetness of the fruit, including high-quality blueberries sourced directly from Hiramiyuki Farm in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture. The offering is designed to provide a refreshing experience during the summer months with a focus on antioxidant-rich ingredients.

Artisanal Sweets and Savories with Local Ingredients

The lineup features 10 distinct items, including an upgraded Peach Melba with white wine-poached peaches and vanilla ice cream. Guests can enjoy blueberry cheesecake, a blueberry ice cookie sandwich, and a yogurt bowl with Earl Grey-marinated peaches. Savory selections incorporate local specialties such as Notohibakara Bakery campagne and UCHINADA CHEESE, paired with duck pastrami and peach sauce. A highlight is the chilled capellini pasta featuring the subtle sweetness of peach balanced by the saltiness of Jamón Serrano.

The afternoon tea includes free-flow coffee, tea selections from JING TEA, and local Kaga Bocha (roasted stem tea). For an additional treat, a “Peach Frost” frozen mocktail is available to capture the essence of the season.
