ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa welcomes the summer season at the Cascade Lounge with the “Afternoon Tea Set ~Pure Peach~.” This limited-time offering focuses on the delicate sweetness and aroma of ripe white peaches, presented on newly introduced tea stands designed to balance elegant aesthetics with a modern silhouette.
Sophisticated Sweets and Savory Selections
The set comprises ten distinct peach-themed desserts. Among the highlights is a dome-shaped white peach shortcake, alongside seasonal tarts, custard pies, and mini crepes. Each piece is crafted to showcase the fruit’s natural profile through varying textures and presentations.
The savory menu is equally considered, featuring a pink-hued chicken salsa burger and a chilled peach vichyssoise (a cold, creamy leek and potato soup). Guests may also select one additional dish from a revolving menu of hot and cold options, such as a croffle galette bar or a pairing of salmon and avocado with mango and lime.
Curated Beverages and Free-Flow Service
The experience is complemented by a 120-minute free-flow beverage service featuring 16 different options. The selection includes premium TWG teas such as Napoleon Tea and Fruit Mountain Tea. For this season, the hotel has also introduced “Été,” a summer-exclusive herb tea blended by the Paysan herb farm, featuring peppermint, lavender, and elderflower.
