YOTEL Tokyo Ginza has announced a limited-time Summer Afternoon Tea at Komyuniti, the hotel’s first-floor restaurant and bar. Running from June 15 to September 14, 2026, the experience is designed to reflect the season through a menu of bright citrus flavors and chilled savory components in the center of Tokyo’s Ginza district.

Seasonal Sweets and Savories
The menu provides a balance of fruit-forward sweets and protein-rich savories. The dessert selection includes passion fruit and citron macarons, baked cheesecake topped with lemon marmalade, and pistachio financiers paired with raspberry confit. These are served alongside traditional scones and seasonal fruits.

The savory items utilize regional and premium ingredients. Highlights include jambon blanc sandwiches made with Kujukuri green tea pork, foie gras mousse served with exotic mango, and a summer vegetable gazpacho. A notable addition is the eel and myoga (Japanese ginger) tortilla, offering a seasonal twist on local flavors.

Sumik Tea Pairings and the Ocean Breeze Mocktail
The experience includes a 120-minute free-flow of approximately 15 varieties of coffee and tea from Sumik Tea, a premium brand known for its artisanal blends. Seasonal tea options include Coconut Mango and Muscat Champagne flavors. Guests who secure their reservation through the hotel’s online booking system receive a complimentary “Ocean Breeze” welcome mocktail, a citrus-based blue soda inspired by summer coastal landscapes.

The Summer Afternoon Tea is priced at 3,500 JPY on weekdays and 4,000 JPY on weekends and holidays. Service is held daily at Komyuniti, providing a casual yet polished environment for international travelers and local residents alike.
