This seasonal event highlights the delicate sweetness and aroma of premium domestic Japanese peaches, which are carefully selected for their peak ripeness during the summer months to ensure a high-quality fruit experience.
A Three-Tiered Selection of Peach Delights
The menu features three tiers of peach-infused creations designed to showcase the fruit in various textures. Highlights include a lychee panna cotta topped with peach compote, delicate peach macarons, and a savory caprese featuring peach, prosciutto, and burrata cheese. The selection balances traditional afternoon tea elements with contemporary flavor profiles.
Guests can also enjoy unique items such as peach and Earl Grey scones and a refreshing cold peach and yogurt soup seasoned with mint and cardamom. These additions provide a sophisticated contrast between the natural sweetness of the fruit and aromatic spices, creating a well-rounded seasonal palate.
Premium Tea Pairings in a Sun-Drenched Setting
The experience is complemented by a free-flow selection of 10 beverages, including premium teas from the historic German brand Ronnefeldt.
