From June 19, 2026, the 40th-floor lounge will serve a menu centered on ingredients emblematic of the Mediterranean—lemon, mint, ricotta, and zucchini—bringing a sense of lightness to the midsummer table.

Seasonal Dolce and Mango Sorbet
The sweet selection highlights vibrant seasonal fruits, including a lemon tart with sharp acidity and a blueberry tart balanced with subtle sweetness. A centerpiece of the offering is the Miyazaki mango sorbet, which highlights the dense aroma and rich profile of fruit ripened under the summer sun. Freshly baked scones accompany the set, served with homemade jam that transitions from peach to apricot as the season progresses.

The savory menu reflects the variety of a traditional Italian summer table. Highlights include a summer focaccia featuring smooth ricotta and mortadella accented with mint and lemon, alongside a zucchini and tomato bruschetta.
