From July 1 to July 31, 2026, the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel presents its “Asian Tropical Sweets & Bakery” event at the Toastina cafe. This seasonal promotion features a vibrant lineup of desserts and breads crafted with exotic fruits like mango, lychee, and pineapple, designed to evoke the atmosphere of a tropical resort getaway.

Seasonal Sweets and Savory Selections
The monthly sweets lineup at Toastina features individual desserts that highlight the bright flavors of Asian fruits. The “Passion Annin” (950 yen) is a layered glass dessert combining lime jelly with annin (apricot kernel) blancmange, topped with fresh mango, pineapple, and a tangy passion fruit sauce. For those seeking a richer texture, the “Giorno” (950 yen) offers a mango mousse cake with a sharp blackcurrant center, set upon a coconut financier base and finished with whipped cream.

The selection continues with the “Mango Lychee” (950 yen), which pairs a delicate lychee mousse with mango cream and a lime-scented sponge, creating a balanced, fruity profile. In the bakery section, the hotel introduces a “Green Curry Baguette” (700 yen), providing a spicy savory option filled with green curry-flavored ingredients. For a sweet pastry choice, the “Mango Pudding Danish” (650 yen) features a base of custard and mango pudding topped with fresh mango pieces.

Exclusive Tea Time and Buffet Experiences
For guests wishing to sample multiple flavors, the Sheraton Sweets Box (3,400 yen) provides six varieties of mini desserts in a single package. This box requires reservation at least three days in advance and is available for pickup between 12:00 and 21:00. Additionally, a themed Afternoon Tea (3,900 yen) is served daily at Toastina, featuring a curated selection of sweets and savories accompanied by a choice of tea.

For a more extensive dining experience, the Friday Sweets Buffet is held every Friday throughout July at the Galleria Cafe on the hotel’s first floor. Priced at 5,000 yen for adults and 2,500 yen for children, the buffet includes a wide variety of hotel-made pastries, sandwiches, and savory items, along with included beverages. Reservations are recommended, with a 5% discount available for online prepayments.
