Hilton Nagasaki has announced the ‘Beer Voyage! – Summer Cruise -‘ beer festa, a seasonal dining event designed around the concept of a global maritime journey. Held at the Captain’s Comer banquet hall, the event pairs a selection of cold draft beers with a diverse buffet inspired by international cuisines, intended to simulate the experience of a luxury cruise through food.
Monthly Rotating Regional Menus
The buffet menu is structured to change monthly, reflecting different legs of a world cruise. During July, the theme ‘Europe to Asia’ introduces dishes such as Danish smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches), Korean yangnyeom chicken, and Indonesian nasi goreng. This rotation allows guests to experience a variety of regional specialties within a single setting.
In August, the focus shifts to ‘Asia to the Americas.’ The menu during this period showcases flavors from across the Pacific, including Hawaiian poke, Brazilian moqueca (seafood stew), and California rolls. The 120-minute free-flow drink package complements these global flavors with a range of beers and other beverages.
