Four Steps to a Signature Blend
The assembly process follows a structured order sheet in four stages. Guests first select a base spirit, followed by a mixer—ranging from standard carbonated water and ginger ale to local specialties like Hokkaido’s Co-up Guarana. The third stage introduces flavor notes such as yuzu, ginger, or hinoki (Japanese cypress), while the final step adds a dry garnish like cardamom or sansho (Japanese pepper).
