From May 1 to June 30, 2026, the hotel’s elevated dining and bar venues will feature a dedicated menu centered on the ROKU Sakura Bloom Edition, a limited-release gin that captures the fleeting essence of cherry blossoms.

ROKU is a Japanese craft gin distinguished by its use of six seasonal botanicals: sakura (cherry blossom) flower, sakura leaf, sencha, gyokuro, sansho, and yuzu, complemented by eight traditional gin ingredients. This specific seasonal fair highlights the “ROKU Sakura Bloom Edition,” a blend crafted to accentuate the delicate floral notes and soft sweetness associated with the blossoms. The result is a multi-layered, smooth spirit designed to reflect the nuances of the Japanese spring.
