From July 1 to September 30, 2026, Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo will host the NAMIKI667 Beer Terrace. This year’s event, themed “Feast,” presents a menu inspired by the diverse food cultures of Latin America. Guests can dine on the third-floor terrace overlooking Namiki-dori Street, enjoying a selection of dishes characterized by the acidity of lime, the heat of chili, and the flavors of charcoal-grilled meats.

A Latin American Culinary Feast in Ginza
The seasonal offering is designed to capture the vibrant atmosphere of a regional celebration. The experience combines the cooling evening breeze of the open-air terrace with a menu that emphasizes bold, spicy, and citrus-forward flavors. The program is available daily from noon, providing an option for both afternoon and evening gatherings in the heart of the district.
Dynamic Grilled Dishes and Authentic Street Food
The menu begins with a variety of street food staples, including Mexican spiced nachos, a ceviche of white fish and shrimp, and “Elote,” a traditional Mexican street corn prepared with grilled kernels and savory toppings.

The main course features a selection of tacos, including pork shoulder confit carnitas and chili-lime marinated pollo asado. These are accompanied by dynamic South American grills such as Brazilian Linguica sausages and Picanha steak, seasoned simply with rock salt to highlight the quality of the meat. The meal concludes with freshly fried churros and a tropical mango sorbet.

Refreshing Free-flow Drink Selection
The 90-minute free-flow beverage package includes an extensive range of international options. Guests can choose from Mexican beers like Corona and Minerva Pale Ale, alongside cocktails such as Brazilian Caipirinhas and Mojitos available in various fruit flavors. The wine list features selections from Argentina and Chile, while the non-alcoholic menu includes regional specialties like Brazilian Guarana, Peruvian Inca Kola, and Mate tea.
