1955 Tokyo Bay by Hoshino Resorts Unveils Mid-Century Diner Menu

1955 Tokyo Bay by Hoshino Resorts, a property defined by its “OLDIES GOODIES” concept and mid-century American aesthetic, has announced a significant update to its Cafeteria menu. Starting June 18, 2026, the hotel will introduce six new dishes inspired by classic diner culture. The renewal is designed to extend the immersive experience for guests returning from the nearby Tokyo Disney Resort®, offering freshly prepared meals well into the evening hours.

New Signature Dishes for Late-Night Dining

The updated menu focuses on substantial, nostalgic fare. Among the highlights is a Beef Hot Dog, featuring an original beef sausage paired with two varieties of pickles. Another addition is the Country Captain, a Southern American-style chicken and tomato stew seasoned with curry spices and served alongside traditional raisin rice. These additions join a lineup that includes comfort staples such as Macaroni and Cheese, crafted with a blend of cheddar and mozzarella, and a classic New England-style Clam Chowder served with crushed crackers.

For the first time, the Cafeteria will offer a permanent dessert option: a warm Chocolate Brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and a cherry. The menu is rounded out by a Caesar Salad served with soft-boiled eggs, providing a lighter alternative for late-night diners.

Convenient Services for Theme Park Travelers

The Cafeteria operates until 23:00, specifically to accommodate the schedules of guests arriving late from theme parks. This ensures that travelers can access a hot meal after the parks close without leaving the hotel premises. In the morning, the property’s “Restaurant” serves a breakfast buffet from 6:00, where the signature offering is a freshly grilled Reuben sandwich.
